Are your items available for immediate purchase?
Availability is shown on each product page. Items may sell out, and placing an item in your cart does not reserve it until checkout is completed.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect sizing.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact 876Luxe within 48 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery. Send your order number and clear photographs or video of the item, packaging, and issue so the claim can be reviewed.

How long does processing take?
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

How will I know when my order ships?
Tracking information will be sent using the contact information entered at checkout once the order has shipped.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact 876Luxe as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins, so always verify your address before checkout.

What happens if tracking says delivered but I cannot find my package?
Contact the carrier first and check with household members, neighbors, your front desk, or building management. 876Luxe is not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order enters processing or ships, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Why might the color look slightly different in person?

Keep jewelry away from water, perfume, lotion, oils, and chemicals. Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping, and store each piece separately in a dry place.
