include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, an address change cannot be guaranteed. 876Luxe is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, the front desk, or building management. 876Luxe is not
responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
